Chris Glaze

Chris Glaze | Director of Business Development, Staffing Services

Chris comes to the Talentscale team by way of the U.S. Air Force. He served for eight years as an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic on the B-2 Stealth Bomber. After being discharged from the Air force, Chris continued his career in aircraft maintenance doing heavy check maintenance on large commercial aircraft. After a couple of years in civilian maintenance, Chris decided to take his knowledge and talents and put them to use in the aircraft recruiting and staffing sector. At Talentscale, Chris is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients in support of growing the Staffing Services offering as well as maintaining existing business relationships with customers.


Eric Khassanov | Director of Business Development, Engineering Services

Prior to joining Talentscale, Eric spent 6 years in the Recruiting Industry helping companies identify and employ talented professionals. Eric was responsible for providing training and mentorship to new recruiters while in the role of Recruiting Manager. During this time Eric focused his recruiting efforts towards the Aviation/Aerospace & Defense, Light Industrial, and Automotive industries, working with a variety of candidates ranging from touch labor technicians to R&D engineers. This wide scope of recruiting led to a passion for connecting with talented people and being able to provide rewarding opportunities to these individuals. At Talentscale, Eric is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients in support of growing the Engineering Services offering as well as maintaining existing business relationships with customers.

Eric is a USMC veteran who served in Afghanistan during OEF deployed with his squadron, VMGR-352 as a KC-130J Aircraft Mechanic. Eric’s love for aviation stems from his grandfather who was a pilot and was the initial motivation for joining the Marine Corps Air Wing.

Suzy Rosholt

Suzy Rosholt | Account Recruiting Manager, VMS Accounts

Suzy’s prior work experience has been a great asset to Talentscale.  Her previous experience includes over four years of aviation recruiting and account management.  Her recruiting specialty is staffing skilled laborers within DOD, Corporate, and MRO  clients.  Suzy’s background and expertise has been instrumental in helping Talentscale place Aviation and Aerospace/Defense candidates across the U.S.  As a Technical Recruiter at Talentscale, Suzy is responsible for recruiting Veteran candidates within the Aviation and Aerospace and Defense industries. Suzy is focused on day to day recruiting and account management as well as identifying, securing and managing staffing services business with customers who utilize vendor management systems (VMS) for their staffing needs.


Alfredo Ruiz | Director of Delivery

Alfredo brings over 14 years of staffing industry experience and has held roles as a Recruiter, On Premise Manager, Branch Manager and Account Recruiting Manager. He has worked closely with various Manufacturing / Aerospace companies focusing on fulfillment of the following skill sets: Administrative, Accounting / Finance, Light Industrial, Program Management, Engineering, IT, and Aircraft Maintenance. Alfredo has also assisted in the building and development of recruiting teams and office personnel on recruitment strategies, best practices, new hire onboarding processes, payroll, and invoicing.  He has earned a reputation with his previous employers as having a strong work ethic and being a high quality producer. Alfredo leads all will lead all hiring, training and development of the Recruiting staff and is responsible for all quality control, ongoing reporting, customer satisfaction and performance management.  Alfredo works closely with business development leadership counterparts to ensure that as opportunities are identified, the resources are coordinated and delivered to meet customer expectations and internal delivery goals.

Josh Poldrugo

Josh Poldrugo | Aviation Recruiter

Josh is an Aviation Recruiter with Talentscale.  In this position, he identifies, interviews, selects and submits candidates for placement in client requisitions.  Prior to his time as an Aviation Recruiter, he served Talentscale as a Sourcing Specialist.  Josh comes from a military family, so he is naturally passionate about Talentscale’s mission to serve Veterans.

Jose Vives1

Jose Vives | Senior Recruiter, Engineering Services

Jose comes to the Talentscale team with an extensive background in the Staffing industry.  He possesses 13 years in recruiting, with three of those years spent in large account management.  He’s recruited personnel in the aviation/aerospace IT and Engineering spaces in support of filling requisitions related to defense, consumer electronics, manufacturing and medical industries. Jose brings more than eight years of experience and leadership to the team, gained from his time at STS Aerostaff and STS Technical Services, where he began as a Recruiter and progressed through the ranks to Director of Recruiting.  In these roles he recruited and led teams who recruited A&P mechanics, avionics specialists, structural mechanics and interiors technicians with focus in maintenance and modifying of aircraft in the commercial, private, military and defense sectors.

Jason Boyd

Jason Boyd | Senior Aviation Recruiter

Jason possesses over 12 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry. He has eight years of experience in the Staffing industry as a Recruiter as well as a Team Lead, along with an additional four invaluable years as a Sheetmetal and Final Assembly Mechanic on Boeing 747 and Sikorsky UH-60L/M airframes. As a Senior Aviation Recruiter with Talentscale, Jason is instrumental in supporting the establishment, delivery and ultimate growth of staffing accounts as well as government contracts pursued by Talentscale. He directly supports the company’s Account Managers through the sourcing, vetting, interviewing and selection of qualified candidates to fill client requisitions.

HR & Compliance

Kristin Wolfram

Kristin Wolfram | Director of HR and Compliance

Kristin brings to Talentscale over 10 years of experience providing payroll, accounting, and HR support.  Kristin has handled these duties for companies ranging from 25 to over 200 employees.  She has a track record of providing the highest quality of employee service and customer support throughout her career.

Kristin is the Director of HR and Compliance for Talentscale and she is responsible for handling many of the company’s back office functions as well as providing operational support for Talentscale.  Kristin conducts new hire orientation, payroll administration, benefits administration, and handles employee relations for Talentscale’s workforce.  She manages client invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.  Kristin is a Quickbooks specialist and she supports Talentscale’s CFO with maintaining the company’s bookkeeping records.


Danielle Chamberlin | Onsite Recruiter Lead

Danielle is joining Talentscale with over 5 years of staffing and recruiting experience. In her most recent position she was an On-Site Senior Manager and she was responsible for multiple sites within her district. She was also responsible for the management and training of all new hire recruiters within her sites. Her expertise of recruitment includes engineering, government contracts,various electronic manufacturing positions, accounting and finance, as well as administrative positions. Throughout her career she has been able to develop a recruiting process for employers to bring on quality employees in a timely manner which included developing successful recruiting and interviewing techniques specific to her clients’ needs. Danielle brings a personal and friendly approach to her recruiting making the process exceptionally great for both the clients and the candidates. Currently, Danielle is an Onsite Recruiter Lead where she is responsible for staffing a variety of aviation maintenance positions. Danielle is an integral part of the client’s hiring process as she actively recruits, interviews, and on-boards newly hired Veterans.
