Jackson Gudel | Veterans Transition Liaison and Facilities Security Officer (FSO)
Jackson Gudel serves in the roles of Veterans Transition Liaison and Facilities Security Officer (FSO) for Talentscale. As the Veterans Transition Liaison, Jackson works closely with the Transition Assistance Offices at military bases across the nation in order to assist qualified Veterans transitioning out of military service into the private sector. Jackson identifies the most relevant military career fairs and veteran job outreach programs and coordinates Talentscale’s attendance at those events. Talentscale’s mission has always been first and foremost to serve the Veteran population so the Veterans Transition Liaison role allows Talentscale to provide support and direction to Veterans months prior to them leaving the service. Prior to joining Talentscale, Jackson served his country with distinction as a US Army Ranger, 3/75 Ranger Regiment, 3rd Platoon Bravo Company on six combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. As a decorated combat Veteran and Wounded Warrior, Jackson is an outstanding liaison to the Veteran community. As the company’s Facilities Security Officer, Jackson is responsible for supervising and directing security measures within Talentscale.
Isabel Jackson | National Aviation Recruiter
Isabel brings 10 years of Technical Recruiting expertise to Talentscale. Throughout her career she has been able to streamline the recruiting process in order for employers to bring on quality employees in a timely manner. Her experience includes developing successful recruiting and interview strategies specific to clients. During her prior previous employment, Isabel was responsible for managing some of the company’s largest contingent workforce engagements. She has worked heavily within a wide range of sectors including Contract Engineering, Life Sciences and Professional Services. Isabel has been involved with many facets of the staffing industry such as project assignments, large ramp ups, and the placement of higher level skillsets. Besides being a strong recruiter, she enjoyed developing and leading others. She was responsible for assisting with the onboarding and training of all new hire recruiters in her local office. Isabel built a reputation of being one of the top recruiters locally and regionally with her previous employer which led her to being awarded the “Top Producer” award amongst her recruiting peers.

Nathan Ogden | National Aviation Recruiter
Nathan is a USMC Veteran and currently a National Aviation Recruiter for Talentscale with about 10 years of experience staffing civilian and DoD support contracts. As a National Aviation Recruiter, Nathan is responsible for recruiting Veteran candidates within the Aviation and Aerospace and Defense industries. He has a passion for providing top-quality people with employment opportunities worthy of their unique skillsets, training, and life goals. Nathan is focused on hiring premier candidates that align with Talentscale's mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our client's staffing needs. Prior to joining Talentscale, Nathan spent 12 years as a General/Regional Manager in the fitness industry where his responsibilities included managing the production and operations of 10 locations throughout the Orange County/San Diego, California area. In this position, Nate hired, managed, trained, and coached over 90 operation and production employees, as well as developed training and presentation materials used throughout the Western Region. During Nathan’s tenure in the fitness industry he accomplished the following achievements:

Kristin Wolfram | Manager of Administration
Kristin brings to Talentscale over 10 years of experience providing payroll, accounting, and HR support. Kristin has handled these duties for companies ranging from 25 to over 200 employees. She has a track record of providing the highest quality of employee service and customer support throughout her career.
Kristin is the Manager of Administration for Talentscale and she is responsible for handling many of the company’s back office functions as well as providing operational support for Talentscale. Kristin conducts new hire orientation, payroll administration, benefits administration, and handles employee relations for Talentscale’s workforce. She manages client invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Kristin is a Quickbooks specialist and she supports Talentscale’s CFO with maintaining the company’s bookkeeping records.
Suzy Rosholt | National Aviation Recruiter
Suzy's prior work experience has been a great asset to Talentscale. Her previous experience includes over four years of aviation recruiting and account management. Her recruiting specialty is staffing skilled laborers within DOD, Corporate, and MRO clients. Suzy's background and expertise has been instrumental in helping Talentscale place Aviation and Aerospace/Defense candidates across the U.S. As a Technical Recruiter at Talentscale, Suzy is responsible for recruiting Veteran candidates within the Aviation and Aerospace and Defense industries. Briana Vazquez | Onsite Recruiter Lead
Briana brings over three years of experience recruiting for large companies and small businesses. Her experience in recruiting ranges from staffing seasonal, healthcare, sales, and manufacturing positions. She believes in taking a personal approach to recruiting and making it a great experience for the client and candidate. Currently, Briana is an Onsite Recruiter Lead where she is responsible for staffing a variety of aviation maintenance positions. Briana is an integral part of the client’s hiring process as she actively recruits, interviews, and on-boards newly hired Veterans.
Richina Lee | Manager of Administration
Prior to joining Talentscale, Richina had over eight years of experience in the staffing industry from HR/Payroll support to recruitment. She thrives when it comes to providing excellent customer service and handling HR responsibilities such as payroll administration, new hire onboarding, and training. Richina managed the payroll and HR support of 300-500 employees on a weekly basis while providing internal administrative support for upper management.
During Richina’s previous employment, she was awarded the “Impact Player Award” four consecutive years by her peers for her customer service and her positive impact on others. She also trained and helped promote new payroll and back office administrators into their roles. Richina is passionate about providing high quality customer service and support which contributes to her success in the Manager of Administration role.

Danielle Chamberlin | Onsite Recruiter Lead
Danielle is joining Talentscale with over 5 years of staffing and recruiting experience. In her most recent position she was an On-Site Senior Manager and she was responsible for multiple sites within her district. She was also responsible for the management and training of all new hire recruiters within her sites. Her expertise of recruitment includes engineering, government contracts,various electronic manufacturing positions, accounting and finance, as well as administrative positions. Throughout her career she has been able to develop a recruiting process for employers to bring on quality employees in a timely manner which included developing successful recruiting and interviewing techniques specific to her clients’ needs. Eric Khassanov | National Aviation Recruiter
Prior to joining Talentscale, Eric spent 6 years in the Recruiting Industry helping companies identify and employ talented professionals. Eric was responsible for providing training and mentorship to new recruiters while in the role of Recruiting Manager. Marie has a diverse background with two years of staffing experience as well as nine years of experience in the military as an Aerospace Mechanic on Heavy Cargo Aircraft in the USAF. Marie has worked on the C-5, C-17 and KC-10. She has achieved accolades to include NCO of the Quarter, Security Manager of the Quarter and Outstanding Performer during major inspections. Marie was honorably discharged from the USAF in 2014 and is passionate about helping fellow Veterans transition into the civilian sector.
Marie's background and expertise will be instrumental in helping Talentscale employ Veterans in Aerospace and Defense career opportunities across the United States.
