Kaleigh Miller | Director of Business Development
Kaleigh is a Director of Business Development with Talentscale. She has worked with various aviation and aerospace companies, focusing on fulfillment multiple skill sets including aviation mechanics and engineers. Alfredo Ruiz | Director of Recruiting
Alfredo brings over 14 years of staffing industry experience and has held roles as a Recruiter, On Premise Manager, Branch Manager and Account Recruiting Manager. He has worked closely with various Manufacturing / Aerospace companies focusing on fulfillment of the following skill sets: Administrative, Accounting / Finance, Light Industrial, Program Management, Engineering, IT, and Aircraft Maintenance. Alfredo has also assisted in the building and development of recruiting teams and office personnel on recruitment strategies, best practices, new hire onboarding processes, payroll, and invoicing. He has earned a reputation with his previous employers as having a strong work ethic and being a high quality producer. Alfredo leads all will lead all hiring, training and development of the Recruiting staff and is responsible for all quality control, ongoing reporting, customer satisfaction and performance management. Alfredo works closely with business development leadership counterparts to ensure that as opportunities are identified, the resources are coordinated and delivered to meet customer expectations and internal delivery goals.
Gabby Gattuso | Delivery Manager
Gabby is a Delivery Manager that comes to Talentscale with over five years of Recruiting and Delivery Management experience in the staffing industry. She has worked on a wide range of skill sets including Social Media, IT, Cyber Security, C-Level positions, and now Aviation. She brings her specialty in overseeing large accounts and managing the overall delivery on those key accounts. Including recruiting, business operations, managing relationships, prioritizing, seeking feedback, ensuring highest level of customer service, and driving overall growth by implementing strategy and delivery plans. Gabby comes from an athletic background and is naturally competitive and passionate about meeting goals as well as Talentscale’s mission to serve Veterans.
Josh Poldrugo | Senior Recruiter
Josh is an Aviation Recruiter with Talentscale. In this position, he identifies, interviews, selects and submits candidates for placement in client requisitions. Prior to his time as an Aviation Recruiter, he served Talentscale as a Sourcing Specialist. Josh comes from a military family, so he is naturally passionate about Talentscale’s mission to serve Veterans.
Alex Tway | Techincal Recruiter
Alex is a Technical Recruiter with TalentScale. Coming from a military background from the US Army where he was an Infantry Team Leader with the 101st Airborne Division. Alex's career in the military led him to expanding his skills outside of the infantry where he was the School's and Travel NCO. After leaving the Army, he found that finding a career outside of the military was difficult and adjusting to being a civilian was even harder. After trying out a few careers Alex found himself in the recruiting role at Talentscale helping veterans find career opportunities. His passion for helping others in this career field lets him strive everyday to help other veteran have a smooth path to new opportunities.
Jacob Ellington | Techincal Recruiter
Jacob is a Technical Recruiter with Talentscale. He brings with him over decade’s worth of professional experience from the United States Marine Corps. In his career as a F/A-18 Power Plant Mechanic, he held numerous roles such as Supervisor, Maintenance Controller, Collateral Duty Inspector, and Quality Assurance Representative essentially making him a subject matter expert regarding his MOS, as well as learned how to motivate and keeps teams of technicians actively engaged to achieve desired goals. When his time in the USMC had come to an end, Jacob initially continued to maintain aircraft engines but felt that his tenacity as a leader was driving him to change career paths. After relocating with his family down the east coast and experiencing the frustrations that come with seeking new job opportunities, Jacob was hired on with Talentscale as a Technical Recruiter. As a Veteran himself, he understands the challenges associated with seeking new careers in the private sector and, as a maintainer at heart, he also comprehends the daily challenges within aviation industry. He is passionate about assisting other Veterans in the community in seeking new opportunities within the industry.
Danielle Cryer | Director of Customer Success
Danielle joined Talentscale with over 10 years of staffing, recruiting and operations management experience. Prior to Talentscale, Danielle was a Senior Regional Manager and she was responsible for multiple sites within her region. She was also responsible for the management and training of all new hire recruiters and onsite managers within her sites. Her expertise of staffing includes engineering, government contracts, various electronic manufacturing positions, accounting, and finance, as well as administrative positions. Danielle brings a personal and friendly approach to her work environment making it exceptionally great for our team, the clients and the candidates. Currently, Danielle is the Director of Operations at Talentscale where she is responsible for the daily team operations. Danielle is very passionate about helping in the daily operations of the company to ensure all requirements are met to do her part to serve our nation’s Veteran community with meaningful employment. In her off time, you can find her on the water fishing, watching sports or outdoors enjoying time with her two sons and husband.
Lorena Shives | Field Employee Agent
Lorena is a Field Employee Advocate and is here to assist with all our employees' questions, concerns, and needs. She brings 9 years' in supervisor experience and 5 years in office admiration. She has a background in building relationships with employees in multiple industries. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering as a coach in her children's sports.
