Chris Glaze | Director of Business Development, Staffing Services
Chris comes to the Talentscale team by way of the U.S. Air Force. He served for eight years as an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic on the B-2 Stealth Bomber. After being discharged from the Air force, Chris continued his career in aircraft maintenance doing heavy check maintenance on large commercial aircraft. After a couple of years in civilian maintenance, Chris decided to take his knowledge and talents and put them to use in the aircraft recruiting and staffing sector. At Talentscale, Chris is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients in support of growing the Staffing Services offering as well as maintaining existing business relationships with customers.
Eric Khassanov | Director of Business Development, Engineering Services
Prior to joining Talentscale, Eric spent 6 years in the Recruiting Industry helping companies identify and employ talented professionals. Eric was responsible for providing training and mentorship to new recruiters while in the role of Recruiting Manager. During this time Eric focused his recruiting efforts towards the Aviation/Aerospace & Defense, Light Industrial, and Automotive industries, working with a variety of candidates ranging from touch labor technicians to R&D engineers. This wide scope of recruiting led to a passion for connecting with talented people and being able to provide rewarding opportunities to these individuals. At Talentscale, Eric is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and clients in support of growing the Engineering Services offering as well as maintaining existing business relationships with customers.
Eric is a USMC veteran who served in Afghanistan during OEF deployed with his squadron, VMGR-352 as a KC-130J Aircraft Mechanic. Eric’s love for aviation stems from his grandfather who was a pilot and was the initial motivation for joining the Marine Corps Air Wing.
Suzy Rosholt | Account Recruiting Manager, VMS Accounts
Suzy's prior work experience has been a great asset to Talentscale. Her previous experience includes over four years of aviation recruiting and account management. Her recruiting specialty is staffing skilled laborers within DOD, Corporate, and MRO clients. Suzy's background and expertise has been instrumental in helping Talentscale place Aviation and Aerospace/Defense candidates across the U.S. As a Technical Recruiter at Talentscale, Suzy is responsible for recruiting Veteran candidates within the Aviation and Aerospace and Defense industries. Suzy is focused on day to day recruiting and account management as well as identifying, securing and managing staffing services business with customers who utilize vendor management systems (VMS) for their staffing needs.
Alfredo Ruiz | Director of Delivery
Alfredo brings over 14 years of staffing industry experience and has held roles as a Recruiter, On Premise Manager, Branch Manager and Account Recruiting Manager. He has worked closely with various Manufacturing / Aerospace companies focusing on fulfillment of the following skill sets: Administrative, Accounting / Finance, Light Industrial, Program Management, Engineering, IT, and Aircraft Maintenance. Alfredo has also assisted in the building and development of recruiting teams and office personnel on recruitment strategies, best practices, new hire onboarding processes, payroll, and invoicing. He has earned a reputation with his previous employers as having a strong work ethic and being a high quality producer. Alfredo leads all will lead all hiring, training and development of the Recruiting staff and is responsible for all quality control, ongoing reporting, customer satisfaction and performance management. Alfredo works closely with business development leadership counterparts to ensure that as opportunities are identified, the resources are coordinated and delivered to meet customer expectations and internal delivery goals.
Josh Poldrugo | Aviation Recruiter
Josh is an Aviation Recruiter with Talentscale. In this position, he identifies, interviews, selects and submits candidates for placement in client requisitions. Prior to his time as an Aviation Recruiter, he served Talentscale as a Sourcing Specialist. Josh comes from a military family, so he is naturally passionate about Talentscale’s mission to serve Veterans.
Jose Vives | Senior Recruiter, Engineering Services
Jose comes to the Talentscale team with an extensive background in the Staffing industry. He possesses 13 years in recruiting, with three of those years spent in large account management. He’s recruited personnel in the aviation/aerospace IT and Engineering spaces in support of filling requisitions related to defense, consumer electronics, manufacturing and medical industries. Jose brings more than eight years of experience and leadership to the team, gained from his time at STS Aerostaff and STS Technical Services, where he began as a Recruiter and progressed through the ranks to Director of Recruiting. In these roles he recruited and led teams who recruited A&P mechanics, avionics specialists, structural mechanics and interiors technicians with focus in maintenance and modifying of aircraft in the commercial, private, military and defense sectors.
Jason Boyd | Senior Aviation Recruiter
Jason possesses over 12 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry. He has eight years of experience in the Staffing industry as a Recruiter as well as a Team Lead, along with an additional four invaluable years as a Sheetmetal and Final Assembly Mechanic on Boeing 747 and Sikorsky UH-60L/M airframes. As a Senior Aviation Recruiter with Talentscale, Jason is instrumental in supporting the establishment, delivery and ultimate growth of staffing accounts as well as government contracts pursued by Talentscale. He directly supports the company’s Account Managers through the sourcing, vetting, interviewing and selection of qualified candidates to fill client requisitions.

Danielle Cryer | Director of Operations
Danielle joined Talentscale with over 10 years of staffing, recruiting and operations management experience. Prior to Talentscale, Danielle was a Senior Regional Manager and she was responsible for multiple sites within her region. She was also responsible for the management and training of all new hire recruiters and onsite managers within her sites. Her expertise of staffing includes engineering, government contracts, various electronic manufacturing positions, accounting, and finance, as well as administrative positions. Danielle brings a personal and friendly approach to her work environment making it exceptionally great for our team, the clients and the candidates. Currently, Danielle is the Director of Operations at Talentscale where she is responsible for the daily team operations. Danielle is very passionate about helping in the daily operations of the company to ensure all requirements are met to do her part to serve our nation’s Veteran community with meaningful employment. In her off time, you can find her on the water fishing, watching sports or outdoors enjoying time with her two sons and husband.
Steve- VP Business Development
Steve leads the Talentscale Business Operations, Delivery, Recruiting and Sales teams. He is a proven sales executive with over 20 years of experience leading and managing regional, national and global customers. He is well-versed in servicing organizations and integrators within the Federal Government, Military Aviation, financial services, industrial, retail and healthcare industries. Steve brings demonstrated leadership as a current Vice President as well as in former roles as a Director for multiple regional sales offices and as a National Business Development Executive leading teams and supporting massive hiring efforts for both national and global business partners.
Kaleigh- Director of Business Development
Kaleigh is a Director of Business Development with Talentscale. She brings five years of staffing industry business experience and has held roles as a Staffing Specialist, On Premise Account Recruiting Manager, and Account Executive. She has worked with various aviation and aerospace companies, focusing on fulfillment multiple skill sets including aviation mechanics and engineers. Kaleigh has also worked in the development of on premise programs with high profile and high volume clients to ensure best practices within the organizations, as well as trained recruiters and recruitment managers. She has a background in building relationships with multiple aviation companies in the industry. Kaleigh is known for having a positive attitude and taking pride and passion in her work.
Gabby - Delivery Manager
Gabby is a Delivery Manager that comes to Talentscale with over five years of Recruiting and Delivery Management experience in the staffing industry. She has worked on a wide range of skill sets including Social Media, IT, Cyber Security, C-Level positions, and now Aviation. She brings her specialty in overseeing large accounts and managing the overall delivery on those key accounts. Including recruiting, business operations, managing relationships, prioritizing, seeking feedback, ensuring highest level of customer service, and driving overall growth by implementing strategy and delivery plans. Gabby comes from an athletic background and is naturally competitive and passionate about meeting goals as well as Talentscale’s mission to serve Veterans.
Katrina- Delivery Specialist
As a Delivery Specialist with Talentscale, Katrina brings a fresh perspective, keen instincts, and a competitive spirit to the team. Katrina spends a large chunk of her time canvassing the market for hard-to-find talent who fit the unique hiring requirements her clients possess. The perfect hire is more than a resume that checks all the required boxes—they also must seamlessly fit into an organization’s culture and vision. Through her passion for excellence and commitment to process, Katrina is able to identify these rare, perfect-fit candidates for her clients.
Outside of work, Katina loves spending time outdoors—particularly in the fall. Spending time with friends and family, and feeding her (healthy) obsession of reality television.
Jeff- Technical Recruiter
Jeff is a Technical Recruiter and brings over seven years of staffing industry experience to the Talentscale team. Jeff has held various roles as a Recruiter, On Premise Manager, and Account Manager. Jeff spent over five years involved in large account recruiting and management and has recruited personnel to work in many industries such as financial services, corporate services, commercial trades, and skilled labor. As a Technical Recruiter at Talentscale, Jeff is responsible for recruiting Veteran candidates within the Aviation and Aerospace and Defense industries and directly supports the company’s Account Managers through the sourcing, vetting, interviewing and selection of qualified candidates to fill client requisitions.
Reed- Technical Recruiter
Reed is an Aviation Technical Recruiter at Talentscale. In this role, he sources, screens, interviews and places technicians and mechanics in direct hire or contract to hire roles with Talentscale customers. He finds recruiting to be a very rewarding career in which he can help Veterans find employment in the aviation and aerospace industries. Reed brings 12 total years in the aviation industry to the table, with 10 of those years as an aircraft mechanic and two of those years as a Technical Recruiter. As a contractor, he did two tours in Afghanistan. He is a proud Veteran of the US Army and has experience with the V-22, UH-1Y, AH-64, CH-47, UH-60 and Bell 206 airframes.
Euguene- Technical Recruiter
As a Technical Recruiter at Talentscale, Eugene is committed to finding the quality match for both the client as well as the customer with a focus on serving the Veteran Community. He joins the Talentscale family with a prior background of five years in contract aviation staffing roles and an additional three years in corporate recruiting roles. In the role he held prior to joining Talentscale, he was a full desk recruiter that was responsible for their main location which houses over 1,000 employees and positions that ranged from mechanics, avionics, structures, engineering, tooling to clerical. With the experience he had from contract recruiting he was able to develop and maintain the company’s new recruitment, onboarding, and orientation program by working with HR and the managers to streamline the recruiting process for both parties.
Ona- Technical Recruiter
Ona joined Talentscale in early 2021 as a Technical Recruiter. Prior to Talentscale, she was a Mortgage Loan Officer at Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU). During her tenure at NFCU, she was able to gain corporate and financial knowledge that contributes to her business success at Talentscale. She is proud to come from a military family, with her father being retired United States Navy and her husband a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Ona is very passionate about serving our nations heroes and it brings her great satisfaction to be able to provide them with long term meaningful employment. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her four children and husband on the water!
Taylor- Back office
Taylor serves as Talentscale’s Customer Support Manager within the Operations Department. Prior to her role with Talentscale, Taylor held various Human Resource positions such as Recruiter, Onsite Manager, HR Generalist and HR Manager. Her range of experience includes government contracts, engineering, accounting and finance, electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, healthcare, and leadership. Currently, her role serves as supporting the back office in all its functions. Some of these functions include but are not limited to payroll, new hire onboarding and auditing. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, spending time with her family on the lake and cheering on her favorite team, the Alabama Crimson Tide.
