Amy Justice-Apley | Vice President of Sales

Amy Justice-Apley is a Regional Director of Business Development for Talentscale. Amy is responsible for establishing subcontracting and staff augmentation partnerships with customers within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. She is focused on securing customer relationships that align with Talentscale’s mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our customer’s staffing needs.

Prior to joining Talentscale, Amy had nine years of staffing experience in the public and private industries. Her expertise includes engineering, architecture, construction management, skilled trades, accounting and finance, and operations positions. Amy has been a top producer throughout her career and she has been chosen on multiple occasions to lead and mentor new salespeople across the United States. In previous roles, Amy was tasked to start up brand new territories on three different occasions in the Sacramento and Central Valley Markets, during which time she established over 25 new clients every year. Amy has earned several awards during her nine years of staffing industry experience including four annual Top Producer Awards and an "Impact Player of The Year” Award.

Tim Trimble

Tim Trimble | Regional Director of Business Development

Tim Trimble is a Regional Director of Business Development for Talentscale. Tim is responsible for establishing subcontracting and staff augmentation partnerships with customers within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. He is focused on securing customer relationships that align with Talentscale’s mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our customer’s staffing needs.

Prior to joining Talentscale, Tim had over 10 years of experience in staffing as a Business Development Manager with Aerotek in the Central California markets. His expertise included management, skilled trades, manufacturing, warehouse, and operations positions. As the Sr. Business Development Manager in the Fresno Aerotek office, Tim was influential in building and training the team from three internal employees to over twenty. Tim’s professional achievements include eight Annual Top Producer Awards, eight Annual Sales Contest Awards, and he was selected by his peers as the “Significant Impact Player of the Year” on
three occasions.

Sarah Parlari | Regional Director of Business Development

Prior to joining Talentscale, Sarah built a successful network of primarily Veteran aviation professionals in her role as a National Aviation Recruiter where she was awarded “Best of Staffing” and was a member of 2018’s "Team of the Year". Before entering the staffing industry, Sarah was a leader in the network marketing industry. In this role, she managed an active network of 200 team members. Through effective direct to consumer sales and resource management, Sarah pioneered a market of thousands of customers resulting in $2 million in sales in a few short years. Throughout her career, Sarah has attended numerous sales, leadership, and coaching training events to continuously maximize her personal and professional development. Sarah provides a unique perspective to the staffing industry by routinely keeping personalized service the forefront of her business relationships. The critical point of focus for Sarah is providing an excellent fit for both the client and the candidate. As a veteran spouse, Sarah is passionate about making an impact within the transitioning veteran community. Sarah is focused on establishing relationships with clients who align with Talentscale's mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet the client's staffing needs.

Jen Grant

Jen Grant | Regional Director of Business Development

Jen Grant is a Regional Director of Business Development for Talentscale. Jen is responsible for establishing subcontracting and staff augmentation partnerships with customers within the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries. She is focused on securing customer relationships that align with Talentscale’s mission of employing qualified Veterans to meet our customer’s staffing needs.

Jen has over five years of experience recruiting within the DoD, Federal Civilian, and Commercial IT Staffing industries. She has experience recruiting on a variety of different skills-sets nationwide. In her previous role, Jen was awarded an “Excellence Award” in 2016 and 2017 for consistently exceeding new hire goals. She has a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities and building client relationships that lead to long-term success.
